Why I’m leaving McKinsey and moving into the next big thing
I am leaving McKinley to become the next boss at McKinsey.
It is a big deal.
For me, it’s a big opportunity.
It’s going to be a huge challenge to be in a big company where you are constantly having to change your approach, but you have the ability to learn from the best and you can really push yourself.
You can really change and get better at it.
So, I’m thrilled to be here.
I have been here for five years.
I love working there.
It has always been a dream of mine.
My dream is to be at McKinley.
And it’s my job to help them succeed.
What I can do for them, it will be a lot of fun to help with the growth curve.
McKinsey is an incredibly dynamic organization.
The team is incredible, but it’s also an incredible company.
And I love being in it.
We are a big part of the transformation of McKinsey’s organization.
And, what I am really excited about is the opportunity to make a difference.
I am incredibly proud of the people here and the organization, and it’s been a pleasure working with them.
So what will I do at McKinseys next?
I think I’ll stay on for a little bit longer.
I’m excited to do a lot more of the things I’m doing at McKinney.
That’s what I will do, I guess.
What have you been up to recently?
I’m just excited to see what is coming next, what’s next.
And then, I’ve been working on my next book.
I was going to go to the University of Illinois.
That was the best decision I’ve ever made.
And that’s really cool.
I’ve also been traveling a lot.
I spent two weeks in Japan last year.
And this year I have really been trying to stay active in Asia.
So I think that’s going be my next project.
